Whose data do we process?

Customer: We process your data to fulfill agreements related to managing the customer relationship. This includes communications related to our services, notifications, and newsletters. The legal basis for processing is our contract.

This also covers processing of personal data prior to the contract if it was done at your request, for example when preparing a quote or negotiating a service agreement. We may also use your data to market additional services to you. This processing is based on our legitimate interest. However, you have the right to opt out of direct marketing by contacting us at the above contact details or using the unsubscribe option in any marketing message or newsletter.

Potential customer: We process your data to market our services, including newsletters, advertisements, and other direct contacts via phone, SMS, email, or social media. If you are a private individual, we only use your data for direct marketing if you have given consent, for example through our website contact form or newsletter subscription.

Partner: We process your data to manage our partnership. The legal basis for processing is our partnership agreement.

We never sell your data to anyone.

How long do we process your data?

We retain your data in accordance with GDPR for a maximum of 180 days, after which your data is deleted unless you request otherwise. You can request deletion via the unsubscribe link in any marketing message we send or by emailing info@crazytown.fi or niklas.isberg@crazytown.fi. We will delete the data immediately upon receiving your request.

How do we protect your data?

We use the following measures to ensure data security:
