Mukamas Learning Design ja Crazy Town järjestävät yhteistyössä tilaisuuden yhdestä tämän hetken työelämäkeskustelun polttavimmasta teemasta: hybridityöstä ja oppimiskulttuurin johtamisesta. Kohtaamme upeissa, uusissa tiloissa, vastavalmistuneessa EriCassa.

Monet yritykset ovat viime aikoina kiristäneet etätyökäytäntöjään. Pelätään, että yhteisöllisyys, työn merkityksellisyys ja yhdessä oppiminen kärsivät hajautetussa työssä liiaksi. Kielletäänkö etätyöt kokonaan, vai löydetäänkö jokin sopiva monimuotomalli? Hätäjarrutuksilla voi olla dramaattisia vaikutuksia yrityksen veto- ja pitovoimaan sekä oppimiskulttuuriin.

Tilaisuudessa sukelletaan yhdessä mm. näihin kysymyksiin:

• Mitä erityishaasteita hybridityö on tuonut työ- ja oppimiskulttuuriin?
• Mitä hybridiajan johtaminen vaatii?
• Miten jatkuva oppiminen ja innovaatiot mahdollistetaan hybridityössä?
• Millaisia puitteita ja toimintatapoja tarvitaan?
• Kenen vastuulla on sopia hybridityön ja oppimisen käytänteistä?

Tapahtuma sopii erityisen hyvin ihmisten, työkulttuurin, johtamisen ja työympäristöistä vastaaville johtajille ja asiantuntijoille, sekä esihenkilöille ja tiiminvetäjille.

Oppeja ja tarinoita asiakaskentältä jakamassa työelämän oppimisaktivisti ja oppimismuotoilun valmentaja, Mukamaksen perustaja ja toimitusjohtaja Vilma Mutka sekä Crazy Townin modernin työympäristön asiantuntija Miia Korhonen. Mukana keskustelemassa monipaikkaisten kasvuyritysten ja organisaatioiden edustajia.

EU-hankerahoitus kuulostaa monelle yritykselle byrokraattiselta, hitaalta ja “ei meille tarkoitetulta”. Tässä aamukahvissa nuo myytit puretaan.

Tämä ei ole leppoisa kuuntelutilaisuus. Pääset työstämään omaa ideaasi, keskustelun ja ohjatun työskentelyn kautta. Lähdet kotiin ensimmäisen concept noten (eli tiiviin hankesuunnitelman luonnoksen) kanssa tai ainakin selkeällä käsityksellä siitä, onko EU-raha sinulle realistinen polku vai ei.

OFAPin kanssa käymme läpi:

• millaista EU-rahoitusta yrityksille on oikeasti tarjolla
• kenelle se sopii (ja kenelle ei)
• mitä hakeminen vaatii oikeasti

Samalla tartumme myytteihin, kuten

• “EU-raha on vain yliopistoille ja isoille konsortioille”
• “Hakeminen kestää kuukausia ja on hirveän byrokraattista”
• “Vain huipputeknologiafirmat voivat saada rahoitusta”
• “Tarvitset ison tiimin ja ammattihakukirjoittajan”
• “Suomalainen yritys ei voi hakea EU-tukea”
• “Läpimenot ovat niin pieniä, ettei kannata yrittää”
• “EU-raha sitoo loputtomaan raportointiin”
• “Voitteko hakea meille helppoa EU-rahaa ihan vaan johonkin?

Vastaus ei ole “EU tarjoaa helppoa rahaa”, mutta ei myöskään “ei kannata yrittää”.

EriCa – Green Chemistry Park is a new hub for startups, corporations, and experts working on green chemistry, circular economy, and sustainability. Opening in Espoo in late 2025, it brings together top talent, investors, and industry leaders to drive innovation and commercialization.

EriCa project group in the Netherlands 22–23 September

The EriCa project group visited the Netherlands for two days in September to learn about the region’s science parks and organisations. It was apparent during the very first site visits that demand for premises that enable research activities is high, and a large number of new, high-quality sites are currently under construction.

Amsterdam Health and Technology Center was established in a high-quality office complex. Thanks to the height of the ceilings, it was possible to retrofit the premises with laboratory facilities. The Center is connected to a hospital and is fully leased. Several sites have been renovated in the area since the first phase of construction was completed, and residential housing is also planned for the area.

Leiden Bio Science Park is situated in connection with Leiden University. New construction in the area is brisk, and the facilities are of a very high quality. Most of the occupants in the science park also lease their premises – laboratory facilities and office space alike. It is worth noting that construction of the sites began essentially with no pre-leasing.

Since the summer of 2020, the EriCa project group has been learning about High Tech Campus Eindhoven established in Philips’ centre for technology. The Campus is an excellent example of a science park driven by a major company. The group met with key persons from the campus and found inspiration and advice for building an ecosystem.

This combination of technology and business is central to the many collaborations on the Campus – and it shows.”

Erica goes Noormarkku

The EriCa project’s investors – the Church Pension Fund, Aktia Life Insurance, A. Ahlström Real Estate and the main user Kemira – gathered in Noormarkku in May for so-called Strategy Days.

All project participants are committed to the ambitious goal of making EriCa a sustainable ecosystem that is more than the sum of its parts. It is important to understand the roles of the various parties, however, and to engage in open dialogue on this.

Pertti Huuskonen, a member of Ahlström Real Estate’s Board of Directors, gave an inspiring and thought-provoking speech on science parks and shared the experiences he has gained in the course of his long international career.
